In 1980, three US nuns and a lay worker were brutally murdered while working in El Salvador. This docuseries re-examines the murders through the lens of the church, its workers, and the victims' friends and family. The directors have unprecedented access to church archives, including audio recordings that enable one of the victims to help narrate the story of her life and murder.
